Like many of you, FastFrame of Durham is concerned about the occurrence of the Coronavirus (COVID-19). As we respond to the ever-changing environment, the safety of our staff and customers are of the utmost importance to us. We have put into place increased cleaning frequency of high touch areas and items throughout the day including the store entrance, picture design areas and checkout area. Also as a precautionary measure, we support social distancing and the use of face coverings.
Our store is open to serve our customers by appointment only. Click here to see our calendar and select a time and day that best fits with your schedule.
We understand that in the current environment, some customers may prefer not to visit a store. We are here for you through remote services. You can email us a picture of your artwork and brief description of your framing preference. We can then provide, through our visualization software, a picture of your finished product with recommended framing selections. Upon your final choice we can have your picture framed and ready for pickup.
