Our Preservation Plus™ services
Every component of our Preservation Plus™ program, from the use of acid-free materials to specific mounting techniques, is designed to protect pieces from potential damage.
Depending on how much protection is needed, we have two different services: preservation framing and museum framing. Both options are completely reversible, allowing your piece to be removed from its frame in its original condition. As part of our program, we offer free inspections every three years.
Preservation framing
Preservation framing uses conservation-quality mats and mounting boards to envelop your piece in an acid-free environment and protect it from degradation. We also use conservation-grade glazing products to minimize the damaging effects of UV light.

Museum framing
Considered the most protective form of framing available, museum framing utilizes museum-quality mats, mounting boards, and mounting products. Combined with conservation-grade glazing, this technique delivers the highest level of conservation.
