What can you custom frame?
We can frame just about anything! While we’ve beautifully framed plenty of prints, posters, photos, and paintings, we’ve also created stunning displays for musical instruments, sports equipment, artifacts, memorabilia, souvenirs, awards, ribbons, certificates, mirrors, and more. Our stores utilize premium materials, proper techniques, and years of hands-on experience to expertly frame all of your treasures. Whatever you wish to frame, our skilled craftspeople will design and create custom displays that perfectly showcase your favorite items.
What are my framing options?
True custom framing delivers a vast assortment of framing options. We have hundreds of frames in a variety of materials and styles, an impressive selection of mats in different colors and finishes, and several glazing choices, including UV-protective and anti-glare options. Our talented framers know how to showcase your items with premium materials and special techniques, including specialty mats, filets, float mounting, and more. For items with depth, we can create custom shadow boxes and display cases. Visit one of our stores to explore all your framing options in person.
How do design consultations work?
Enjoying your free design consultation is easy! To get started, simply stop by your local store or call ahead if you have any questions prior to your visit. During your consultation, we’ll discuss your item, decor style, and any vision you may have for the piece. Then, we’ll guide you through our assortment of framing materials, including frames, mats, and glazing options. We’ll also cover which mounting styles will showcase your item best. After the design process is complete, we’ll handcraft a custom frame that highlights and enhances your special piece. Each one of our custom frames is beautifully constructed and built to last, so you can enjoy your new display for decades to come.
What is your True Love Guarantee?
Our industry-leading True Love Guarantee® covers your custom frame’s design and craftsmanship. The design has a 30-day guarantee—so if you don’t love the look of your finished frame, we’ll redesign it within 30 days of the sale. There’s no additional charge for your redesigned frame when you choose new options in the same price range. (Please note that you may incur additional charges if you choose more expensive options for your redesigned frame.) Our True Love Guarantee® also includes a lifetime guarantee of craftsmanship. If our craftsmanship doesn’t meet your expectations, bring your custom frame in, and we’ll make it right.
What is a limited edition art print?
A limited edition art print is a high-quality reproduction of an original artwork produced in a strictly limited quantity to maintain exclusivity and value. They’re created using advanced techniques like giclée or lithography, which closely replicate the colors, textures, and details of the original work.
Each print in the series is numbered, indicating its place within the edition, and is signed by the artist to ensure authenticity. This numbering system means that once all the prints in the edition are sold, no additional copies will be made. To further guarantee authenticity, each limited edition print comes with a certificate of authenticity.
Because of their limited availability, these prints can appreciate in value over time, particularly if the artist’s reputation grows, making them a desirable choice for collectors. Unlike open-edition prints, which can be produced in unlimited quantities, limited-edition prints offer a unique combination of accessibility and exclusivity.
Limited edition reproduction prints differ from printmaking art (such as screenprints or woodcuts), which are handmade and considered original art.
What is a Certificate of Authenticity?
A Certificate of Authenticity (COA) for artwork is a document that verifies the legitimacy and provenance of a piece of art. Each piece of art we sell includes a COA with the artist’s name, title of the piece, dimensions, medium, date of creation, and the artist’s signature. This guarantees that the artwork is genuine.
How can I protect my artwork?
Pieces of high value (whether sentimental or monetary) require special custom framing techniques and materials. That’s why we’re proud to offer our Preservation Plus™ framing services. Every component of our program, from the use of acid-free materials to specific mounting techniques, has been designed to protect pieces from potential damage.
Our program has two different services depending on how much protection your piece needs. Preservation framing delivers adequate protection for most special items, while museum framing offers the highest level of conservation for extremely valuable pieces. Both options are completely reversible, allowing your piece to be removed from its frame in its original condition. As part of our Preservation Plus™ program, we offer our customers free inspections of their pieces every three years.

How is artwork priced?
Artists price their original work by considering a mix of factors, including the cost of materials, the time invested, their level of expertise, and market demand. The size and complexity of the artwork often play a significant role in determining its price, with larger or more detailed pieces typically commanding higher amounts. For limited edition prints, the size of the edition, the quality of materials used, and market demand impact the final price.

How secure is my payment?
Your online order is protected with SSL encryption, ensuring we uphold the latest online purchase standards and guarantee secure transactions.
FastFrame Fine Art Orders & Shipping
Can I cancel my order?
We can usually accommodate cancellation requests made within 24 hours. If you change your mind after placing your order, it’s important to contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. We’ll do our best to cancel it before the artist ships. Once your order has been reviewed and canceled, you will receive a confirmation email, and your purchase will be refunded if your card was charged.
If your order has shipped, we’ll resolve the issue by following our return guidelines.
What if I need to change my order?
Unfortunately, once an order is placed, it cannot be changed. To order another item, please place a new order. If you need to change the item you ordered, contact [email protected] to cancel your current order and place a new one.
What are your shipping options?
We ship artwork via UPS and DHL standard shipping. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.
What is fair & free shipping?
We provide free shipping for all orders over $500. For all orders under $500, we offer fair shipping. What’s that mean? When most online retailers provide “free” shipping, they’re actually marking up prices to cover the shipping charge. This often costs you more. We don’t do that. Instead, we charge you exactly what it costs to ship your purchase to you.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Your artwork is shipped directly from the artist you’re supporting. Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipping. Note that delivery times vary depending on where your artwork is shipped from. You can see an approximate delivery range after you input shipping information at checkout. We’ll provide you with tracking info and an estimated delivery date after your order ships.
Can I pick up my order at a FastFrame store?
Yes! At checkout, you can opt to have your purchase shipped to your local FastFrame store. We’ll send you an email notification once your order arrives and is ready for pickup. FastFrame Fine Art purchases can be sent to any of our stores and custom framed. Visit your local store after you receive your email notification, and we’ll help you design the perfect custom frame for your new art.
What’s the status of my order?
You’ll receive an order confirmation email as soon as we receive your order. When your order ships, you will receive an email notification from us that includes a tracking number you can use to check the status. If you have any questions about your order, please contact us at [email protected].
Can I track my shipment?
Yes! You’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
In the rare event that your artwork arrives damaged, we’ll work closely with you and the artist to resolve the issue. Just email us at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the damaged item to get started. If you decide to return the damaged item, you’ll receive a full refund, including all shipping fees.
What if I’m unhappy with my order?
Your happiness is our top priority! If you’re not satisfied with your artwork for any reason, simply notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. We’ll provide you with a return shipping label—just attach it to the package and take it to your nearest UPS or DHL drop-off location. We cover all return shipping costs. Once we receive the artwork, we’ll refund your purchase (excluding any original shipping fees). Please note that commissioned pieces cannot be returned.

How do I unsubscribe from your emails or physical mailing list?
To choose your email frequency or unsubscribe click “Unsubscribe” at the bottom of our promotional emails. You will still receive transactional emails when you make a purchase.
To unsubscribe from physical mailings, please email [email protected] with your name, address, and the location of your local FastFrame. Please note that removal from our mailing list may take a few months.
